MODEL PRICES

BASE PRICE: 750€
Includes the whole model, as well as a blush, shocked and angry face toggle.
This price can go up, depending on the complexity of the design.

ADD-ONS

CHARACTER DESIGN: 100€
This applies, if you do not have an established design for me to work with and we design your character from scratch! You don't need this, if you can provide clear references for your model!FACE TOGGLES: 10€
3 expressions are already included, but I can also add more, like sparkly or crazy eyes.ARM TOGGLES: 50€+
Depends on complexity of the pose and or items (like swords, controllers, pens etc.)HAIRSTYLES: 100€+
Heavily depends on the length and complexity of the hairstyle, e.g. just changing the bangs will be easier than making a new hairstyle entirely.MODEL BASE: 300€

VTUBER MODEL Terms of Service

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing my art services you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please
read this entirely and carefully.
If you have any questions, please contact me.PROCEDURE
The client will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission
prices and rules. You will provide as much info as necessary regarding intended project
usage and agree to discuss additional uses or changes with me, the artist, after the project
starts. Additional information can be added, but please be clear when giving details or
asking for changes. Use of example images, palettes and gallery examples is encouraged.PAYMENT PROCESS
All payments must be made through invoices provided by me.
Payments will only be accepted in EUR.
I require half of the payment after the initial sketch is approved and the other half with the
final model delivery.
I will only start on the final model once the first half was paid, unless agreed upon otherwise.REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Once work has begun on the project, I cannot offer a refund under normal circumstances.
Once I start your commission I can't refund the full amount.
Once I'll reach the base color status there'll be NO REFUNDS. Please keep in mind that once
you cancel a commission your commission slot is permanently lost.
Completed projects are non-refundable.CHARGEBACKS
If for some reason your PayPal account isn't working or authorizes a refund request without
you knowing, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel / refund a project will result in
immediate blacklisting for you.
If you absolutely need to cancel a project you do not file a chargeback without first
contacting me.CHANGES
I will send you several WIPs when I start the model, so you can tell me if you'd like anything
to be changed.
Once the model is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and / or adding
tiny details I may have forgotten. I will not make any big changes afterwards, it is your
responsibilty to ensure that your order contains the details you want me to follow.
I won't redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.ARTIST
By commissioning me you're purchasing my services as an artist only.
I retain all copyrights over my work, which include, but aren't limited to the right to:
redistribute, reproduce or use it as a sample for sales / self-promotion unless otherwise
agreed upon.
I reserve the right to stream the progress and to post on social media. Privacy requests and
non-disclosure agreements have to be explicitly requested, discussed and mutually agreed
upon.
I won't claim the intellectual property of your characters or reuse / resell your project /
design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason without questions.
I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for any future projects, be it personal or
otherwise.COMMUNICATION
I will keep you up to date with larger progress or in case something might slow down the
progress for a longer amount of time.
Feel free to send a follow up message if I don't respond within a couple days, but please do
not spam. I do not and never will ghost a client, I just take longer to respond. Additionally, if
the customer needs to pause the commission (e.g. due to vacation, waiting on other
references, etc.) I will put the commission on hold and wait for updates from the customer.
It is your responsibility to contact me as soon as the commission can continue.
Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately
cancelled with a refund based on how much of the artwork was completed.
There is no limit per order for extra WIPs, but please consider that it will take me extra time
to pause work and wait for your feedback!DEADLINE
You may set a deadline if you wish, but it must be reasonable. I don't have time to work on
your piece 24/7. Please communicate your deadline before we start the process.
If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be PRIORITY, you'll
need to pay a rush fee first.CLIENT
The commissioner may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited or
linked back to me and they don't claim it as their art.
Once the model has been completed, you may use it for but not limited to: model reveals,
commissioning art, overlays, logos, using as a PNG-Tuber until it is rigged, etc.
You retain rights to the intellectual property.
The client agrees not to use project deliverables to create any derivative works, repurposed
assets, or for any commercial purposes outside of the initial intended use.YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
- change, modify, edit the psd or png without my permission. This includes the use of generative AI.
- feed my art into any AI as data training.
- request another artist to alter/recolor the model.
- share the psd of the model with anyone else than the rigger or people I agreed to.
- sell the model without my permission.
- use my art as a base for anything, meaning you're not allowed to trace over my artwork in
any way.
- claim the model as your own or anyone elses than mine.
- use parts of the layers (going into the psd file) of the model.COPYRIGHT
I own the artwork and may use it in whatever manner I have the legal right to.
Example: post it to other sites such as Twitter, but with proper credit to you!RIGGING
The rigger is allowed to make small changes if needed. If there is anything bigger that needs
to be changed / separated / modified / etc. feel free to contact me and I will gladly make
these changes free of charge!
